Thrift Internet Service does not send customers
popup ads of any kind, but popup ads may still be encountered at various
websites that subscribers are likely to visit. Therefore Thrift
Internet Service suggests installing software that will suppress
popup ads (sometimes called popup killer software) regardless of
the source.
Popup blocking capability is now included with the new Google
Toolbar 2.0, which is available for download free
of charge. We have tested Google Toolbar 2.0 for popup ad blocking
and are impressed, and we recommend the toolbar to anyone
