Free Parental Internet Control
For persons interested in protecting their families from objectionable material on the Internet, content filtering software is available for free from several sources. These products are freely distributed at no cost and you don't need to be a Thrift Internet Service subscriber to use these products.
Filtering software offers a number of advantages over ISP server-based filtering, most notably the ability to control access when necessary (access control is password protected, of course).
